Conservas de Cambados S.A. is based in Galicia in Northeast Spain. This is the region of the Arousa Ría, which is well-known not just for its size, but also for the richness of its marine life, making it particularly suitable for farming of bivalve molluscs such as clam or cockles and other molluscs, such as mussels, which are farmed in floating nurseries known as "bateas".

Our rías are where we find the best ingredients, which we carefully select to bring the most select and traditional preserves to your table.
